Financial industry conferences are a good way to present yourself to potential investors. Many are sponsored by investment bankers. Check out the partial list of upcoming conferences at Microsoft Money Central and another list at Research Magazine. Other investor conferences are run by magazines , trade associations or commercial organizations. A few have been around for years but many are new. Some of themare aimed specifically at people interested only in smaller companies or larger companies. Check them out to make sure which is right for you.
Most conferences will also be webcast, some live. Due to Fair Disclosure regulations, some companies will not participate in a conference unless it is also to be available on the Web.
